Lomond & Argyll Advocacy Service were recently awarded grant funding from the Health and Wellbeing Network Mid Argyll to develop and run a series of Self Advocacy Skills training courses.
We are pleased to be able to offer spaces on the next training course on the 20th of November 2018 from 10am-3pm in the Lochgilphead Community Centre. Lunch will be provided.
If interested in this free training event, please contact either:
Ailsa at ailsa.mccrae@laas.org.uk or Linda Tough at linda.tough@argyll-bute.gov.uk
Booking is essential to secure your space.
Our aim for the course is to help people build confidence by learning effective ways to address problems and ask questions in order to successfully manage day to day issues. We have worked closely with Linda Tough from Adult Learning, Argyll & Bute Council, to develop the course.
