Succoth Ward (Inpatient Mental Health Services) at Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care Centre was officially opened by Christina West, Chief Officer for Argyll and Bute Health and Social Care Partnership.
Succoth ward has moved to the MACHICC into a specially adapted area to meet the needs of both the patients and the staff there and provide a more recovery focused environment. The unit has twenty-one beds available, of which thirteen are en-suite. Four of these en-suites are suited for those patients that may require more intensive nursing support. The number of beds available has increased from the old Succoth ward.
