V torek, 22. septembra,en 2017, the Dunbartonshire office of LAAS had a visit from the MP for West Dunbartonshire, Martin Docherty-Hughes.
SNP MP Martin Docherty-Hughes has praised the work of Lomond & Argyll Advocacy Service – a Dumbarton-based charity which offers independent advocacy to vulnerable residents across West Dunbartonshire. During a visit to Lomond & Argyll Advocacy Service’s Dumbarton headquarters, the MP for West Dunbartonshire met with staff and volunteers at the charity to discuss the importance of independent advocacy in empowering some the most disadvantaged people in our communities.
Lomond & Argyll Zagovorništvo storitev, which also operates in Argyll & Bute, offers independent, free and confidential advocacy services primarily to older people and adults with learning disabilities or mental health difficulties.
Martin Docherty-Hughes MP said:
