Location: Įsikūręs Lochgilphead mieste, this is a hybrid role with the ability to regularly work from home
The Administration & Information Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Lomond & Argyll Atstovavimo paslaugos, through the provision of a range of information, administrative and clerical support services within the main Argyll office and across the wider service. The post holder will also contribute to the promotion and development of the service in line with the duties and responsibilities set out in the job description.
Based at our Lochgilphead office, but as a Hybrid role with the ability to regularly work from home , we are seeking a skilled administrator to support our Argyll and Bute team and Operational Manager, providing telephone responses, taking referrals but also to provide support to the service as a whole for our data and first line support on our IT systems- setting up emails addresses, website information, social media channels and promotion of the service, SharePoint administration, use of design packs like Canva and other first line support functions, all supported by our external IT experts.
Lomond and Argyll Advocacy Service operate across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute offering advocacy support to vulnerable adults usually those engaged with health and social work services through statutory interventions and with projects specifically focused on those with substance or alcohol challenges or the liberation from prison.
The post holder will work with a service of just over twenty staff, mainly part time with admin responsibility for the team of ten staff covering Argyll and Bute
