There are many groups and organisations across Argyll and Bute that have services available for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Caring for People Helpline is also now offering emotional support. Please call 01546 605524 Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
There is also information available for those that are concerned about any vulnerable adults in the community. This can be reported to Social Work on 01546 605517.

The Scottish Government launched https://connecting.scot/, in response to
the coronavirus pandemic to provide support to vulnerable people who are at
home and are digitally excluded. Those shielding will make up part of the
initial cohort of eligible people for this project.
Don’t forget that LAAS are available throughout this time for Advocacy Support. Although we are not undertaking face to face appointments, we can speak via telephone, email or video conferences where appropriate.
