The Advocacy project for those living with Long Term Conditions ( funded by the Health and Social Care Alliance ) is due to finish at the end of September this year.
The project was funded for just over two and a half years and has proved hugely successful; it has been a much used service providing badly needed support for this part of our community.
Thank you to all in our wider community who have supported us and to all our clients, we wish you well for the future.
We have complied a short 5 minute video with information from the project and to show those that we have supported and assisted throughout the project’s duration.

LAAS is striving to obtain funding in order to perpetuate an advocacy service for people living with long term conditions and we will inform everyone when and if this is achieved.

Please be assured that LAAS will still be providing independent advocacy for those who have mental health issues, learning difficulties and the elderly. LAAS are also helping people to self advocate in order to be more independent.
